01 Services Provided
Payton C LMT is a licensed clinical massage therapist providing mobile massage therapy services in the Greater Dayton, Ohio area, including but not limited to Centerville, Beavercreek, Kettering, Oakwood, Miamisburg, Springboro, and surrounding communities.
Services offered include:
- Extreme Deep Tissue Massage
- Neuromuscular Therapy
- Sports Massage
- Myofascial Release (MFR)
- Corporate and On-Site Wellness Sessions
- Group Massage Events and Massage Parties
All sessions are performed by Payton C, a licensed clinical massage therapist and member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. It is the client's responsibility to consult a physician for any medical conditions.
02 Booking & Appointments
Appointments may be booked online through this website or by calling 937-907-0340 . By completing the booking form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
Confirmation: Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a written or electronic confirmation from Payton C LMT. Confirmations are sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
Pre-Assessment Form: A health intake and pre-assessment form will be sent to you following booking. This form must be completed prior to your appointment. Failure to complete it may result in rescheduling or cancellation of your session.
Location: All services are performed at the client's provided location (home, office, or event venue). You are responsible for ensuring a safe, appropriate, and private space is available for the session.
03 Payment & Deposits
All payments are processed securely through Stripe , a PCI-compliant payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize Payton C LMT to charge the applicable fees.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service, prior to the session beginning.
Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Cash may be accepted for the session balance at Payton's discretion.
Pricing:
- 60-Minute Standard Session — $149.99
- 90-Minute Premium Session — $199.99
- 120-Minute Elite Session — $249.99
- Corporate / Event / Group — Custom pricing (contact for quote)
Travel fees may apply depending on distance from Payton's base location in Centerville, Ohio. Any applicable travel fees will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your booking confirmation is the price you will be charged.
04 Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Payton C LMT dedicates significant time to prepare for each appointment — including travel to your location, equipment setup, and time blocked exclusively for your session. Unfortunately, due to loss of business revenue from missed bookings and lost travel time and expense, the following tiered cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellations With More Than 24 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time . Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund of your deposit , no questions asked. We understand life happens and we appreciate you notifying us as early as possible so the time slot can be offered to another client.
⚠️ Cancellations Between 12–24 Hours — Half Session Charge
Unfortunately, due to loss of business revenue from missed bookings and lost travel time and expense, cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours before your scheduled session start time will be charged half the price of the booked session. At this stage, Payton has already committed the time slot, arranged his schedule around your appointment, and may have already incurred travel-related preparation costs.
The charge will be applied to the card on file. If the deposit on file does not cover the half-session amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is due within 48 hours of the original appointment time.
⚠️ Cancellations Within 12 Hours — Full Session Charge
Unfortunately, due to loss of business revenue from missed bookings and lost travel time and expense, cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session start time will be charged the full price of the booked session. Within this window, Payton has in most cases already begun traveling or is actively preparing for your specific session, and no opportunity exists to recover the lost revenue from another booking.
The full session charge will be applied to the card on file. The remaining balance (after the deposit already paid) will be invoiced immediately and is due within 24 hours. This policy applies regardless of reason, including forgetting the appointment, scheduling conflicts, feeling unwell (unless a documented medical emergency — see below), work obligations, or change of mind.
Medical Emergency Exception
We understand that genuine emergencies do occur. In the event of a documented medical emergency or hospitalization — for yourself or an immediate family member in your care — please contact Payton as soon as possible. These situations will be reviewed individually and compassionately. Documentation (such as an ER visit record or doctor's note) may be requested. Payton reserves the right to make exceptions at his sole discretion in verifiable emergency situations.
No-Shows
No-shows — meaning clients who do not show up or do not respond at the time of the appointment — will be charged 100% of the full session price. If Payton arrives at your provided address and cannot reach you after reasonable attempts (knocking, calling, texting), the appointment will be considered a no-show after 15 minutes. No refund of deposit will be issued, and the remaining session balance will be charged to the card on file. Clients who no-show more than once may be permanently banned from future bookings.
Rescheduling
Need to move your appointment? Please call Payton directly at 937-907-0340 as soon as you think you may need to reschedule — the earlier you reach out, the more options we'll have available for you.
- More than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling is free of charge. Your deposit carries over to the new appointment date at no penalty.
- Within 24–12 hours of your appointment: A $35 rescheduling fee applies. Your original deposit will be applied toward the new session, but the rescheduling fee must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed.
- Within 12 hours of appointment: Treated as a late cancellation — the full session charge applies. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
Rescheduling is only available once per original booking. If a rescheduled appointment is subsequently cancelled within 24 hours or results in a no-show, the applicable cancellation charge will apply with no further rescheduling option.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please use one of the following methods — do not simply ignore your appointment or send a text without confirmation :
- Call: 937-907-0340 — calling is the fastest and most reliable method, especially for time-sensitive changes.
- Text: Send a text to 937-907-0340 with your name and appointment date/time. You must receive a confirmation reply for your cancellation or reschedule to be officially processed.
Cancellations or reschedule requests sent without a confirmed response from Payton are not considered valid . The appointment remains active until confirmed in writing or by phone.
Payton's Cancellations
In the rare event that Payton must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and the option to reschedule at your convenience — with priority scheduling and a courtesy discount applied to your next session as a gesture of appreciation for your understanding.

05 Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. By booking a session, you agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications on your pre-assessment form.
Contraindications: Payton reserves the right to decline or modify a session if, in his professional judgment, proceeding with massage could pose a health risk to the client. No refund penalty applies in these situations.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for disclosing any conditions that may affect the safety or appropriateness of massage therapy, including but not limited to:
- Blood clots or deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- Open wounds, skin infections, or rashes
- Recent surgeries or fractures
- Pregnancy
- Fever or contagious illness
- Cardiovascular conditions
Payton C LMT is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from the client's failure to disclose relevant health information.
Location Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring the session location is safe, clean, and free from hazards. If the location is deemed unsafe, the session may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
06 Professional Conduct
All sessions are conducted in a professional, clinical, and therapeutic manner. Massage therapy is a licensed healthcare profession, and all services are provided strictly within a professional clinical context.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of sexual misconduct, inappropriate requests, or harassment will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, no refund will be issued and the client will be permanently banned from future bookings. Incidents may be reported to authorities.
Draping: Professional draping is used at all times to ensure client modesty and comfort. Only areas being actively worked on will be undraped, in accordance with professional massage therapy standards.
Clients are expected to treat Payton and any support staff with respect. Payton reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner.
07 Liability & Disclaimer
Massage therapy is a complementary wellness practice and does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment. Results vary by individual. Payton C LMT makes no guarantees regarding specific therapeutic outcomes.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are voluntarily choosing to receive massage therapy services
- You have disclosed all relevant health information on the intake form
- You release Payton C LMT from liability for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction that arises from undisclosed health conditions
- Any soreness experienced after deep tissue work is a normal physiological response and not a basis for liability
In no event shall Payton C LMT be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question.
08 Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the booking process (name, contact details, health information, and payment data) is used solely to provide and improve our services.
- Health information is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- Payment information is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on this website.
- Contact information may be used to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications. We do not sell your personal data.

09 Corporate & Group Events
Corporate wellness sessions, massage parties, and group events are subject to additional terms agreed upon at the time of event booking. These may include:
- A non-refundable event deposit of up to 50% of the quoted total
- Minimum participant numbers as specified in the event agreement
- A designated, appropriate space provided by the client for the event
- Event cancellation notice of at least 72 hours to avoid forfeiture of the full deposit
Custom pricing and scheduling for corporate and group events must be confirmed in writing prior to the event date.
10 Modifications to Terms
Payton C LMT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. We encourage you to check this page before each booking.
11 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio.
